Course Cancellation by Hwalima Digital: If a course you have enrolled in is canceled by Hwalima Digital, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees.


Withdrawal Before Course Start: If you withdraw from a course before it begins, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, this must be requested at least 7 days before the course start date.


Withdrawal After Course Start: If you choose to withdraw from a course after it has begun, refunds will be granted at the discretion of Hwalima Digital, based on the percentage of the course completed and the reason for withdrawal. Generally, refunds are not provided once a course has been more than 25% completed.


Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to technical issues that are the responsibility of Hwalima Digital, and we are unable to resolve these issues in a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:


Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after purchasing a course or service.

Failure to Complete: If you fail to complete the course or do not pass the assessments.

Unauthorized Use: If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:


Submit a Refund Request: Email us at admin@hwalima.digital with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your name, course title, enrollment date, and the reason for the refund request.


Review Process: We will review your request and notify you via email of the outcome within 14 business days. We may request additional information to process your refund.


Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
